Purpose of this blog
On this page, I will explain what this website is all about and why I set it up and of what use is it going to be for you. This way you can decide if you can identify with me and this is the place to be to get the information you need to make yourself more employable.
The purpose of setting up this website is to:
- Motivate me to study for my SAP certification and pass it.
- Make myself more employable by getting SAP training.
- Teaching is the best form of learning, if I can teach you, then I will pass.
- Gather all the resources I used to study and package this into one source which you can use to pass your own certification
- Gather enough resources so all you need to get SAP training will be found on this website.
- To organize all the information to get a certification into one easy step-by-step guide.
My goals are to:
- Be the number one resource for studying for any SAP certification
- Interact with you and answer all your questions to the best of my ability and if I cannot I intend to make the research for you.
This website is not:
- A money making scheme, I am a member of the target market as I would also like to get training.
- Any items on sale on this website will of good use to you and I intend to use them myself.
- Not affiliated with SAP AG, SAP is a registered trademark of SAP AG and www.get-erp-training.com is not endorsed by SAP.

How to increase your chances of starting a successful SAP career
You might be asking yourself,
Is SAP right for me?
What are my chances of getting a good SAP job?
The good news is you are not alone. A lot of people have the same questions as well. What is even better news? I have written a series of articles that answer these questions and many more on SAP Unveiled.

Hi James,
I have just read your blog, the articles are interesting:), and when I read the “purpose of the blog” it makes me like it more, cause I think i have the similar purpose when i started blogging about ERP and SAP at http://www.erpspecialist.com and http://www.sapstudymaterials.com
The point that I like most is “Teaching is the best form of learning”. I feel it too, as usually when I write a post on my blogs I often find something new on the topic.
If you don’t mind, would you have links exchange with me?
Thanks & Regards,
Rizki
Hi, this is great. I have a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in MIT but I do not enjoy programming. I intend to undergo SAP training. Would you recommend SAP BI to me? I have business analysis and software testing experiences.
Hello Joy,
I had the same concern when I started learning SAP BI. I have been programming for 5 years and I wanted to stop.
SAP BI does not involve programming at all. You need to sit with the client and
understand their business needs and know how to use the software to implement
these business processes.
I hope this answers your questions.
