It is like to get a selfconfidence. I don’t care if I don’t find a job as a SAP consultant, I just want to see programm, start touching buttons and see what is the big difference in this programm from others, what is the special about it?

Hi I have a question which is main concer to me, as to why would a company give jobs to people who switch their careers to SAP and are out of an institute without any real experience, and how would one get real experience without getting a job in SAP ?
